How to Return or Exchange

1.      Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original  condition
 you received it from me. If the item is for an exchange we suggest reusing the 
 original packaging as wrapping.

2.      Please enclose a short letter telling us of the reason for return.

3.     I would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent
 to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods
 lost in transit.  

4.    Goods are returned to The Art and Design Company at your own expense however I will send your exchange back out to you by return of post (when in stock) at no extra charge.

5.    You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of me receiving the goods. I endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.  

6.     Please note a refund will only be given to the original payer.

Terms and Conditions on Returns

Returning any item from this website within 7 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods The Art and Design Company  will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to The Art and Design Company in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
